BELLY DANCE 8 CLASS SERIES
Celebrate womanhood as you learn the ancient art of belly dancing.
Physically, this course will challenge you to strengthen your buttocks, abs, thighs and arms while improving your posture. It will also boost your spirit and confidence.
Suitable for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and backgrounds!
Be prepared to dance in bare feet.

SWORD, SKIRT and SHIMMIES
SWORD, SKIRT and SHIMMIES is about connecting to your inner core strength while improving your overall well-being through dance. Students will be using sword as a dance tool to achieve techniques in building balance with a sword on your hand, arm, thigh, etc. and sword holding poses.
The skirt is often used as a frame for the sword positions and for fun skirt-tastic flowing motion.
Many curvy snake like moves, sultry undulations, modern locks and pops will be learned
as we incorporate dancing with SWORD, SKIRT and SHIMMIES.
You will increase your physical dancing strength in this series and learn some ancient powerful movements.
This class is geared towards intermediate students, however, beginner students can easily take the class.
Beginners or intermediates can challenge themselves based on their individual levels using their own discretion!

You are not required to own a gypsy skirt for the class; I have to share!
If available, bring a sword; I only have a few swords to share.
