BELLY DANCE 8 CLASS SERIES
Celebrate womanhood as you learn the ancient art of belly dancing.
Physically, this course will challenge you to strengthen your buttocks, abs, thighs and arms while improving your posture. It will also boost your spirit and confidence.
Suitable for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and backgrounds!
Be prepared to dance in bare feet.
Eight Weeks: Thursday, October 12 – Thursday, December 7
EACH CLASS WILL BUILD TO A MINI-SHOW PERFORMED DURING ON OUR LAST CLASS ON 12/07!
This class is required to perform in the show

Belly Dancing has brought joy to many women,
contributing to the ways we can reconnect our mind, body and spirit!!
As you build your physical strengths, you are also honoring yourself
and your dance sisters while improving your self-image.
Our lessons will entail the study of traditional curvy snake like moves,
sultry undulations and modern locks and pops for a fusion of belly dance styles.
Each evening, the mini-choreographs, will incorporate flowing moves of the Gypsy Skirt.
Dates to be determined!
You are not required to own a gypsy skirt for the class. I have plenty to share!
